“MOUNTAIN DEW – DEW MORE WIN MORE” CONTEST RULES & REGULATIONS

1. This contest is organised by Permanis Sandilands Sdn Bhd [“the Organiser”] and is open to all Malaysian citizens except for the following group of persons shall not be eligible to participate in this Contest:

Malaysian citizens under the age of 16 ; or
Employees of the Organiser [including its associates and related companies] and their immediate family members [children, parents, brothers and sisters, including spouses], or
Representatives, employees, servants and /or agents of advertising and/or promotion service providers of the Organiser [including its associated and related companies], and their immediate family members [children, parents, brothers and sisters, including spouses].

2. This contest will run from 1st of March – 30th of April 2012 ["the contest period"]. The Organiser reserves the right to extend and vary the Contest Period at any time without notice.

3. All completed entries must reach the Organiser by 30th of April 2012. All entries received after the closing date will be disqualified.

4. To participate in this Contest you must purchase the required quantity of any variants of Mountain Dew products, Sting products, 7Eleven Gulp or 7Eleven Slurpee as follows:

Mountain Dew 1.5L bottle - 1 label = 1 entry
Mountain Dew 500ml bottle - 1 label = 1 entry
Sting 330ml bottle - 1 label = 1 entry
Mountain Dew 325ml can - 2 Mountain Dew tab = 1 entry
7Eleven Slurpee or Gulp (Any size) – 1 receipt of purchase = 1 entry.

5. Normal and Promotional labels for bottles are both accepted as the proof of purchase.

6. Only Mountain Dew tabs from 325ml cans are accepted as proof of purchase.

7. For an entry to be valid, each entry form submitted must be completed with the required details, correct answers to the Competition Questions in the form and must be accompanied by the required proof of purchase i.e. the Mountain Dew product labels or Mountain Dew tabs. Incomplete, illegible or inaccurate entry form[s], entries with wrong answer[s], entries with incorrect, insufficient numbers of and/or defective labels will be disqualified.

8. Participants may submit more than one entry form (Photocopies of entry forms are accepted) but each entry form must comply with the contest requirements mentioned in term No 4, term No 5 and term No 6 above. 9. Each entry form must be posted/sent by ordinary mail only. Entries sent via registered mail, courier services, POS Laju, dispatch or any other delivery methods will not be accepted and shall be treated as disqualified entries. Proof of postage of the entry form shall not constitute proof of receipt by the Organiser. The Organiser will not be held liable in the event of non-receipt of entries sent by the participants.

10. All entry forms must be sent via ordinary post and addressed to “Dew More Win More" Contest, P.O. Box 7711, GPO, 40724 Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan ".

a) Weekly Prizes -

· The Weekly Prizes are as follows:

- “Samsung Galaxy S2 worth RM1,899 (a total of 16 prizes to be won)

- “Skateboard worth RM400 each (a total of 16 prizes to be won )

- “Cash prizes worth RM300 each (a total of 128 prizes to be won)

· The Weekly Prizes will be averaged out throughout eight (8) weeks of the Contest Period.

· Winners who have been selected and who have sent Mountain Dew tabs will have to confirm that the tabs belong to Mountain Dew cans by bringing along all the said cans that awarded them a unique entry for that particular week.

· Winners will have to send at least the same amount of cans than the tabs received, failing which they will forfeit their prize and their entry selected to win that particular prize will be treated as disqualified entry.

· Once a participant wins any one of the Weekly Prize, he/she will not be eligible to win a prize of similar value or a lower value from the Weekly Prize. He/she is however eligible to attempt to win a prize of higher-value by sending in more entries for the remaining week(s) of the Contest Period.

b) Grand Prize –

· The Grand Prizes are as follows:

- “: Triton worth RM90,000 (1 prize to be won )

- “: Branded Dirt Bike worth RM4,000 (1 prize to be won )

· The Grand Prizes will be awarded randomly from all the valid entries received during the Contest Period in the manner ranging from the highest to the lowest prize value.

· Weekly winners are eligible to win any one of the Grand Prizes as all entry submissions will be accumulated up till the end of the Contest Period.

· Winners who have been selected and who have sent Mountain Dew tabs will have to confirm that the tabs belong to Mountain Dew cans by bringing along all the said cans that awarded them a unique entry.

11. All winners will be notified by post. All prizes must be collected on or before the dates/deadlines stated in the notification failing which such uncollected prizes will be forfeited. The Organiser will not entertain any requests for extension of time to collect the prizes. The Organiser will not be held liable in the event of non-receipt or delayed delivery of the postal notification to the winner(s). List of winners will be published on Mountain Dew Malaysia Facebook fan page or any other mediums deemed fit by The Organiser. In the event of non-receipt by the winner of the postal notification, notification as published in Mountain Dew Malaysia Facebook fan page or any other mediums deemed fit by The Organiser shall be deemed sufficient notice and the winner cannot use the reason of non receipt of postal notification to extend the prize collection deadlines.

12. The Organiser shall reserve the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the prizes with alternative prizes of similar value, at any time without prior notice. All prizes are given on an "As Is" basis and are not exchangeable for cash, credit, other items or voucher in part or in full. The Grand Prizes – Triton and Branded Dirt Bike does not include road tax, car/motorbike registration and insurance. The actual colour, car and motorbike specifications of the Triton and Branded Dirt Bike may vary from the picture shown on the contest entry form.

13. The risk in the prize(s) shall pass to the winner(s) upon collection. It is the responsibility of the winner(s) to obtain, at their own cost and expense, the relevant & requisite warranties associated with the product prize(s) directly from the respective manufacturers/suppliers.

14. All transportation, accommodation, personal costs and/or any other costs and/or related expenses that are incurred to participate in this contest and to redeem the prize are the sole responsibility of the participants and winners.

15. In the event the Organizer arranges for an official prize giving ceremony, the Contest winner(s) will be duly notified via post, announced on Mountain Dew Malaysia Facebook fan page or any other medium deemed appropriate by the Organiser and winner(s) shall be required to attend the ceremony at his/her own cost and expense to collect the prize(s) won. In the event the Contest winner(s) is/are not able to attend the prize giving ceremony, the Contest winner must nominate a representative to be present at the prize giving ceremony to accept the prize on his/her behalf.

16. The Organisers shall reserve the right to use the names and/or photographs of the winners as materials for the purposes of advertising, trade and/or publicity, without any prior notice to the winners and the winners shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation on such uses.

17. The Judges' decisions are final and no correspondence thereon will be entertained. The Organiser holds the right to change/amend the rules and regulation of this contest without any prior notice to the participants.

18. Participants may receive future promotional messages from the Organiser.

19. The Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries, promoters and agents will not be responsible for whatsoever printing errors appearing on the products or Proof of Purchase distributed in the market.

20. By participating in this Contest, participants agree to bound by this Contest Rules & Regulations and the decisions of the Organiser.

21. The contest Rules & Regulations are given in the English and Bahasa Malaysia language. In the event of the inconsistencies of the language used, the English language version of the Contest Rules & Regulations shall prevail.
